I'm posting this payment button just as a convenience for parents who need to make a payment.

PLEASE NOTE FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
If you do not have to have a PayPal account, you can use a credit card. The auto-prompt will only list "pay with PayPal" - but when you click that, you will see that you are also given the credit card option.
